ניתן לצרף חוות דעת מילולית מהמחנכת במקום התעודה.
לא, תוכניות מרכז מדעני העתיד פועלות בשיתוף עם משרד החינוך ועל פי מדיניות משרד החינוך, תלמידים הלומדים בחינוך ביתי אינם רשאים להשתתף בתוכניות הארציות של האגף למחוננים ומצטיינים.
תלמידים אשר לומדים בבתי ספר על-יסודיים רשמיים או מוכרים שאינם רשמיים הפועלים ברישיון משרד החינוך, מכל המגזרים. תלמידים הלומדים (או עוברים ללמוד במהלך התוכנית) במסגרת החינוך הביתי או בבתי ספר אקסטרניים, לא יוכלו להשתתף (או להמשיך להשתתף) בתוכניות.
ההשתתפות בתוכניות אלפא ואידיאה אינה כרוכה בתשלום. ההשתתפות בתוכנית אודיסיאה כרוכה בתשלום של כ- 2500 ש"ח לשנת לימודים כולל פעילות קיץ.
כן, תלמידים אשר יתקבלו לתוכנית יוכלו להגיש בקשה לסיוע כלכלי בהתאם לקריטריונים של האגף לתלמידים מחוננים ומצטיינים במשרד החינוך.
כן, עד לאחר מבחן המיון הראשון (מבחן מדעני העתיד) ניתן לעבור ממוסד למוסד ומתוכנית אלפא לאידיאה ולהפך.

No, the first admissions test - the Future Scientists Test, is offered in Hebrew or Arabic only. That being said, new olim and returning residents who indicated their status on the registration form, are eligible for certain leniencies.
You can upload a verbal report from your teacher, instead of a report card.
No, the Future Scientists Center’s programs are run in conjunction with the Ministry of Education and according to its guidelines. Students who are homeschooled are ineligible for participation in the Department for Talented and Gifted Youth’s national programs.
Students who attend official or recognized (licensed yet unofficial) secondary schools that receive subsidies from the Ministry of Education, regardless of their religious or ethnic background. Students who are homeschooled (or who transition to homeschooling during the program), as well as students who attend external schools, are unable to participate (or to continue to participate in these programs.
Participation in the Alpha and Idea Programs are free of charge. Participation in the Odyssey Program costs approximately 2,500 NIS per year, including summer activities.
Yes, students who are accepted to the Program can apply for financial aid, in accordance with the criteria outlined by the Ministry of Education’s Department for Talented and Gifted Youth.
Yes. After you’ve completed the first admissions exam (The Future Scientists Test), you can switch to another academic institution, from the Alpha Program to the Idea Program, and vice versa.
All of the Programs take place on the campuses of the following academic institutions: Tel Aviv University, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, The Technion - Israel’s Technology Institute, Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Weizmann Institute of Science, Ariel University, Bar-Ilan University and the Tel-Hai Academic College.
Due to increased demand for the programs, and since the number of spots at each academic institution is limited, it is possible that at some point during the admissions process or the final acceptance process, a member of the admissions team might offer you the chance to proceed with applying to/studying at an academic institution other than the one to which you applied. Such an offer would be made in accordance with your achievements throughout the admissions process and in line with which slots remain open at the various academic institutions running the program.
