جرى تأسيس برنامج أوديسة بمبادرة وإيحاء من رئيس الدولة الراحل شمعون بيرس، وهي تعمل في مركز علماء المستقبل للموهوبين والمتفوقين التابع لصندوق مامونيديس كمشروع مشترك مع وزارة التربية والتعليم- شعبة الطلاب الموهوبين والمتفوقين، ومع مركز السايبر القومي في ديوان رئيس الوزراء.
شركاء في البرنامج: صندوق راشي، وشركة ميلونيكس
جرى تطوير برنامج أوديسة بغرض تلبية احتياجات المواهب الشابّة في المجالات العلميّة والتكنولوجيّة، وبناء مجموعة علميّة- تكنولوجيّة متميّزة- جيلٌ جديد من المبتكرين والعلماء في إسرائيل، من ذوي الكفاءات القياديّة وحسّ المسؤولية الاجتماعية. يشمل البرنامج دراسات أكاديمية في مجال العلوم إلى جوار العمل في مختبرات البحث. يكتسب المشاركون في البرنامج معارف ومهارات بحثيّة، وقدرات على التعامل مع مشاكل معقدة، ويحصّلون في الوقت ذاته نقاطَ استحقاق أكاديميّة. يقام البرنامج بموازاة التعليم في إطار التعليم الرسميّ، ويشارك الطلاب خلال العطل المدرسية في ورشات عمل وأيام مركّزة.
Programs
Odyssey was inspired and initiated by the late President of the State of Israel, Mr. Shimon Peres. The program was developed to advance the next generation of Israeli scientists and entrepreneurs who possess both the ability to lead and a sense of social responsibility.
The program includes academic studies in the sciences, alongside work in research laboratories. The program offers a range of study options, including physics, quantum engineering, computer sciences-cyber, materials engineering, and general science tracks. Participants acquire knowledge, skills and experience coping with complex problems, while accumulating academic credits. The program is implemented in parallel with formal studies and during vacations, and involves participation intensive coursework each week.

أوليمبيادة العلوم الدولية هي مسابقات أكاديمية دولية تشمل طلاب المدارس الثانوية والاعدادية من جميع أنحاء العالم.
يتم البحث عن الطلاب الموهوبين والمتفوقين كطلاب ذوي أعلى القدرات الأكاديمية والإنجازات في مجال
علمي معين (الكيمياء ، الفيزياء ، علوم الكمبيوتر ، والرياضيات). يخضع الطلاب للتحضير المكثف الذي يدرس على يد طاقم الأكثر تقدمًا في هذا المجال.
تقود وزارة التربية والتعليم ومركز علماء المستقبل تدريب الطلاب للمشاركة في مختلف الألعاب الأولمبية بالشراكة مع الجامعات الرائدة في البلاد
The Israel Science Teams
The Israel Science Teams in Chemistry, Informatics, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and the Israel Youth Sciences Team
International Olympiads in the sciences are competitions on an international academic level, in which junior high and high school students from all over the world participate. In the framework of the Israel science teams, gifted and talented students with the strongest abilities and achievements in the sciences in general, and in specific scientific fields (chemistry, physics, informatics, biology and mathematics), are recruited. The students undergo preparation in a long, intensive process, led by the top academics in each of the fields.
The Ministry of Education and the Future Scientists Center operate the recruitment and training programs for participation in the various Olympiads, in partnership with the leading universities in Israel.

شبكة الخريجين
يحافظ مركز علماء المستقبل على علاقة مع خريجي البرنامج ويدفعهم نحو تحقيق قدراتهم في مشوار حياتهم.
أسكولا هي شبكة اجتماعية - مهنية للخرّيجين وهي معدّة لجميع طلاب برامج مركز علماء المستقبل( اوديسة، وألفا، وإيديّا وأولومبيا) الذين أنهوا دراستهم الثانوية بنجاح. هذه الشبكة تشكل حيّزاً مشتركاً لجميع الخريجين، ويستطيعون العمل فيه طوعاً وفق مميّزاتهم واحتياجاتهم وتصوّراتهم. نشاط الخريجين يستمرّ على امتداد سني حياتهم بطرق مختلفة ومتنوعة- منذ لحظة إنهاء دراستهم، وخلال فترة الدراسة الأكاديمية، وفي مرحلة المسيرة المهنية التي سيقومون بتطويرها.
Ascola
Ascola is a social and professional network of alumni of Future Scientists Center programs – Odyssey, Alpha, Idea and Israel's National Science Teams – who have successfully completed their high school studies. The network serves as a resource for all its members, a space in which they receive ongoing support, skills and connections, according to their respective needs.
